We have people come in our stores daily saying they want to try CBD and don’t know where to start. Well fortunately for them our staff at CBD Center of RI are well versed in all of the CBD options and products. For our purposes here we are going to proceed assuming everyone reading has a basic understanding of what CBD (Cannabidiol) is and why they would be using it and we will just be focusing on the different types of CBD. One of the first things you may be asked when purchasing CBD is if you are subject to Drug Testing for any reason. The reason for this is to see if Full Spectrum CBD Products are a fit for you. Full Spectrum CBD Products are arguably the most popular and most efficient products. These products contain other cannabinoids above and beyond CBD you may find CBN, CBG, CBC, as well as small amounts of THC. In correspondence with 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act and the Farm Bill, Hemp products containing up to .3% THC levels are federally legal. These products are not psychoactive or intoxicating and will not create a “high”. Many have found that full spectrum products containing all of these cannabinoids work very well together and create what is called the entourage effect. For those consumers who do not want any THC in their CBD products there are Broad Spectrum and Isolate Options. Broad Spectrum products contain other cannabinoids besides CBD like CBG, CBN, CBC, however do not contain any THC whatsoever. Isolate products are made where chemists isolate just the CBD molecule and extract that only allowing products to contain just CBD. In our stores we have seen many people benefit in many ways from all of these different types of products. Those consumers who are subject to drug testing can rest assured they are obtaining a THC Free product with either Broad Spectrum or Isolate products. All of our products are third party tested to ensure the highest quality and allowing you to consume with confidence.
